Everyone at Insight understands how important it is that your Exhibition is successful. Our project management team are here to help you throughout the whole process from concept right through to breakdown.

You will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager who will work closely with you through each stage, keeping you up to date with progress along the way.

Our aim is simple, to make the weeks and months leading up to your exhibition as simple and straightforward as possible.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once your project is confirmed and costs agreed, you will be assigned a dedicated Project Manager to help you through the whole process.

They will provide detailed technical drawings to ensure every aspect of your design is exactly as required, all artwork dimensions and graphic placement drawings. Prepare and submit all forms to show organisers, covering H&S, method statements and risk assessment along with any electrical and other services order forms.

They will be on site throughout the build and there to welcome you whenever you would like to attend, either to view progress or approve once complete.
